Annual review reflection and planning meeting-2018

Informal Sector Service Center (INSEC) organized an annual review reflection and planning meeting at Hotel Grande Pokhara from June 12 and 13 2018.  Two days meeting was held between INSEC Central and Regional staffs including INSEC administrative chief, project coordinators, PME representatives, documentation officers, coordinators from all regional offices. The program was chaired by INSEC executive director Bijaya Raj Gautam.

 

Documentation Officers and Program focal persons from 5 Regional Offices presented the annual progress status of the programmes at regional and district level. Discussed and took the decisions on the new operational modality for Educating Local People (ELP) Program in new federal structure for upcoming year. Work out on the inputs for the INSEC’s upcoming strategic plan for 2018- 2023.  Review on the progress statue of the core programmes (Documentation and Dissemination, Educating Local People and Advocacy) of INSEC during the year 2017- 2018. 

While meeting completed with discussion on the planned agendas and effective discussion concluded through the effective efforts for the effective implementation of the INSEC’ activities in the changing context with modified on some of working modality and activities from the meeting.
