We are pleased to inform that Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC) has begun to publish a monthly report on Human Rights Situation of the country from this month.  The attached file has analyzed the situation of February month 2017.  INSEC has been documenting and disseminating the Human Rights situation of Nepal since 25 years. We have been documenting the incidents on Human Rights violation and atrocities through our district representatives present in all 75 districts. Similarly, INSEC has been publishing news in a regular basis through its web portal www.inseconline.org with the objective of documenting and disseminating the incident on human rights violation.  This monthly analysis is based on the news published in its web portal. The monthly report is being published on 6^th of every month incorporating the human rights situation of previous month.
